Stock image and video resources
Today I’ve got a short and sweet email with a list of image and video resources you can use for your next website, business card, social post, and more.
You can get stock photography and video from a variety of sources, some free, and some paid.
One of the best. Photos start at $12 each. Videos start at $60. Other sites such as Shutterstock have pretty much the same offerings. You can also find tons of editable vector illustrations.
A free stock photo source. They ask that you give credit to the photographer. They do not offer videos.
This is a free photo and video resource, and they offer illustrations. While the offerings aren’t as professional as istock or Unsplash, you can find a gem hidden in the search results.
This is your source for any icon you can imagine.
Squarespace and Canva
If you have one of these accounts, access their photo and illustration library. Squarespace will also let you purchase premium images (sometimes the better option if you have a specific need). You’ll also need to upgrade to the Canva paid plan to access premium media.
As always, Happy designing!
Jon
P.S. I am available for one-on-one consultations and instruction in graphic design and all things marketing. Contact me for more information.
